My first impression of this book...
Its absolutely amazing,
love the book for its VERY different approach
its not really like a novel at all its more of a documentary of things that hasn’t happened yet for us but has for them its based 11 years after the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE, and the survivors telling their story.
The book starts off as a narrative the main character at that point is living in china (he is a doctor) he’s working the graveyard shift(night shift) and he gets a call to this very small town, when he gets to the small town, all the villagers were very worried and scared the doctor just thought it was about the bunch of very sick villagers they locked up in there town hall, the docter had know idea what was going on...
Well im not going to spoil the book but as you can probably tell from the summery of the first 3 pages it goes right into the fire and completely skips the frying pan.

I would be very scared and try to figure out what is going on. I would ask what is going on and probley run away.

ReplyDeleteif you ever want to know what to do incase of a zombie outbreak pick up zombie survival guid by max brooks he also wrote World War Z, its realy interesting.
Your book seems really interesting, very straight to the point and just by your summery it got me really interested in the book.

Well Chris, I would probably grab a shotgun and run to your house but be out of luck when I realized your stairs are destroyed! Just kidding, I would definetly stock up on food,water and medical supplies as well. I would jump in a truck and just drive to the closest body of water and steal a boat to live on the ocean or lake. Wait, zombies can't swim can they?
ReplyDeletevery smart although they can "swim" they cant swim up or acros the watter they just walk along the floor of the ocean.
ReplyDeleteThe way they become zombies is that the viruse gets enterd into the body upo the bloodstream strait to the brain disables the brain, the victem goes in to a coma, then the virus reanimates the body. because its under the virus' controll the body doesn't need food, sleep, water, air, nothing they don't need anything its a dead body(thats why they rot)
I would probably stock up on food, water, and weapons. Then i would lock my self in the strongest thing I can find and hope that they dont find me.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I'd be scared out of my mind. I'm not good with zombie-like creatures (or horror movies). However,finding food, water, weapons and some sort of hideout seems like a good thing to do!

ReplyDeleteWell after i'm done freaking out i would def stock up on supplies and ammo, then find a storm shelter or somthing like that and hold out for as long as i can:p........your book sounds really interesting!
ReplyDeletewell first i would be amazed and scared that they even were true but since i would be a doctor i would try to find a way to look at zombie to see the cause and maybe find a cure for it . Well i would being doing that i would be up in a fortified safe house with supples and weapons for protection to study and find out whats happened.
ReplyDeleteplz make sure your houses are elevated anything underground is no good, if your underground they will get in some way like air vents, the door, they will find you and they will get you. on the other hand if your sipended then they cant get you cause they cant jump.

ReplyDeleteIf i was a doctor and i found out the zombies are real, i would act like Will Smith in the movie "I am Legend" i would train equip my house and myself with weapons to protect myself, and than i would find a cure.
