fianl post

In World War Z, the ending isn’t much to glorify but its not half bad, without ruining the ending, they basically end the book by killing off all the zombies and that’s about it there is more but you have to read it to find out what happened, I enjoyed the book it was great I think it could of had a little more action in it but it is a “Recorded History” and not really a novel in a way. All the issues are resolved but I still think it should have ended in a slightly different way, like maybe more of a first person thing and all these guys are fighting off the last of the zombies and then they win and they all jump for joy or something along those lines(I think would of been a better ending), although it was slightly disappointing it was a very realistic ending to a realistic type of book.

All in all it could have gone a little better but its just fine the way it is.

QOTD: How would you end off a zombie book that was written like a documentary???

Conflict

Well, the conflict in my book is obviously that there are over 200,000,000 zombies roaming the world, and the only way to kill them is to decapitate the head or use special bullets that shred the brain up so bad that the zombie doesn’t have a brain anymore.

The only conflict is that there are millions of zombies and that there aren’t enough people or money in the all the worlds armies to take them down. It’s the struggle that people have always had, not enough time/money/people to get the job done exactly the way you want, and there will never be because we want everything.

Some of the other problems reside in the fact that people have  physical, mental, and spiritual limits.

Physical-you have to sleep, you have to eat, breath, drink.

Mental-facing off against hundreds of charging zombies would realy freak you out and strain you in every way.

Spiritual-after fighting with dead people, possibly even your family, would really break you down and you wouldn’t want to do it anymore and could make you want to kill your self.

Response answers- the way you kill a zombie is to decapitated or shoot them in the head with a shotgun or a high caliber gun, or special army issued bullets

Q.O.T.D- how do you try to deal with the physical, mental and spiritual strains in your life, and do you think that you would be able to over come the strains the millitary feel with your antidote?

Zombies

This section of my book is really great its all about how different countries are taking action against the zombies. but that’s not what this post is about its about the Zombies them selves.

Q&A about the Zombie

Q)why are Zombies so dangerous-

A)because they don’t feel pain or emotions unlike humans.

Q)How did they become Zombies-

A)the Zombies become Living Dead before they even die, it’s a virus that gets into your blood stream through an open wound and works its way tot he brain and then starts its process of destroying your bodies connection to the brain, you go into a coma, die and then reanimated except it’s the virus controlling your body not you. and this prosess take about 5 hours depending on the size of the victim and how they were infected.

Q)What are Zombies like-

A)well zombies are emotionless beast that will stop at nothing to kill you and take your body as well, they don't care about anything, they can't talk, they don’t breath eat or sleep, they are undead killing machines.

Q)How do you kill them-

A)Well since a Zombie is not a human and is a virus controlling a host, the only way to kill it is by severing the head from the body, thats were the body is controuled and such. the only way is to destroy the connection from virus to body, you can down it because it doesn't need are you can't kill it by cuttion its limbs off you can shoot it unless you aim for the head (they dont need anything exept the head).

Q)What is the best way to stay alive-

A)well the best way is by getting all the suplies you can ang up into your second floor, bring a ladder too, fill all of the tubs and sinks full of water (you never no when you will run out and when the taps will turn off)
destroy your staicase, (don't burn it you'll burn your house down) and then of course just hand out as long as you can, the only non edible items you'll need it a gun with lots of amo, flash light, radio(hand crank is best) and lots of extra bateries, oh and a knife for when you are running low on bullets.

QOTD: What are your questions about the Zombies that you would liked answered?

My first impression of this book...

Its absolutely amazing,

love the book for its VERY different approach

its not really like a novel at all its more of a documentary of things that hasn’t happened yet for us but has for them its based 11 years after the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE, and the survivors telling their story.

The book starts off as a narrative the main character at that point is living in china (he is a doctor) he’s working the graveyard shift(night shift) and he gets a call to this very small town, when he gets to the small town, all the villagers were very worried and scared the doctor just thought it was about the bunch of very sick villagers they locked up in there town hall, the docter had know idea what was going on...

Well im not going to spoil the book but as you can probably tell from the summery of the first 3 pages it goes right into the fire and completely skips the frying pan.
